Massage therapies are designed to alleviate strains and pain afterward, but you may experience some discomfort during the session. 3. Healing Cuisine Lunch – an herbal, anti-inflammatory meal for inner nourishment. 4. Wellness Coaching & Herbal Therapy – learn to maintain balance at home. 5. DIY Self-Healing Kit – personalized products for continued care. Our practitioners tailor every session to your unique physical, emotional, and energetic state.
