We carefully prepare, package, and deliver every order with integrity and respect for your trust.
While our holistic formulations are designed to support wellness and balance, we understand that every body is unique. For this reason, we do not guarantee medical outcomes, but we do guarantee your satisfaction with our service and the quality of our products.
Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (Thailand)
We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days after confirmation of payment.

Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days depending on your location.

All parcels are carefully packaged to ensure the safe arrival of your products.

Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been shipped.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide to support our global community of wellness seekers. However, please note that:

International delivery times and import duties vary by country and are subject to your local customs regulations.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that imported items comply with your country’s laws.

If your order is delayed, seized, or rejected by customs, Benjakhun cannot assume liability for the loss. We will, however, assist you with documentation and communication where possible.
Insurance & Lost Packages
All shipments include free insurance coverage up to USD $200. For orders exceeding this amount, insurance terms may follow your wholesale agreement or be arranged upon request.
Refund & Return Policy
Our relationship with our clients is built on compassion and trust. We want every experience with Benjakhun to feel restorative, safe, and fair.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our products or services for any reason, please contact us directly. We will gladly offer a refund or replacement after reviewing your concern and confirming product return (when applicable).
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video evidence.

We will replace or refund the damaged item at no cost to you.

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for compensation.
Returns
If you wish to return an item:

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or product defect.

Once the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed promptly.
Refunds
Refunds are issued upon confirmation of product receipt or according to mutual communication and agreement. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
